W 2000 roku Softlan i IBCS Group (spółka zależna IDS Scheer AG) utworzyły IBCS Polska. Grzegorz Pindur objął w niej funkcję wiceprezesa. W 2001 roku IBCS Polska przekształciła się w IDS Scheer Polska. Prezesem zarządu został Grzegorz Pindur.
