]]> Ranking Ceneo powstał na podstawie miliona ankiet, wypełnionych przez użytkowników serwisu między styczniem a grudniem 2013 roku. Sklepy podzielono na 6 kategorii, wśród nich są „Świat komputerów i gier” oraz „Elektronika użytkowa” .
 
Kolejność w rankingach ustalono w oparciu o opinie internautów, którzy oceniali: jakość obsługi, dostawę towaru (szybkość wysyłki, czy nie była uszkodzona) i komunikację ze sklepem (np. czy sklep odpowiadał na maile i telefony).

Ponadto m.in. sprawdzano, czy sklep informuje klienta o dostępności towaru.
