]]> W regatach brali udział amatorzy żeglarstwa, a także osoby, które dopiero chciały poznać jego tajniki. Na okres imprezy 10-osobowe jachty Maxus 33 stały się ich domem. Pierwszego dnia uczestnicy regat pod fachową opieką sterników trenowali manewry na jeziorze Tałty. Dla nowicjuszy przed ich rozpoczęciem zorganizowano szkolenie z bezpieczeństwa na wodzie. Drugiego dnia odbyły się profesjonalnie zorganizowane biegi regatowe – krótko- i długodystansowy na jeziorze Tałty i Ryńskim. Nad ich przebiegiem czuwał Andrzej Nowicki, sędzia z Polskiego Związku Żeglarskiego. Pogoda okazała się dużym wyzwaniem, gdyż drugi dzień upłynął pod znakiem niemal zupełnej flauty. Co nie przeszkodziło ambitnym załogom w skończeniu biegu długodystansowego, a wszystkim w przeżyciu wspaniałych chwil na pięknych Mazurach.

Oficjalnym sponsorem regat były firmy Veeam oraz Betacom. W imprezie brali udział przedstawiciele integratorów oraz firm dystrybucyjnych – AB, Arrow, Also, Tech Data i Veracomp. Nad organizacją czuwała Akademia Kusznierewicza oraz firma Szczyt Wszystkiego.
