]]> W sprzedaży znalazły się dwie karty z nowej serii: EAH6950 i EAH6970. Obie mają 2 GB pamięci GDDR5. W modelu Asus EAH6950/2DI2S/2GD procesor jest taktowany z częstotliwością 810 MHz, a pamięć – z częstotliwością 5 GHz. Procesor karty EAH6970/2DI2S/2GD5 Cayman XT został przyspieszony do 890 MHz, natomiast zegar pamięci – do 5,5 GHz. Dzięki opcji Voltage Tweak, użytkownik może według producenta przyspieszyć taktowanie nawet o 50 proc. Procesory Cayman zostały zaprojektowane do gier uruchamianych w systemie Windows 7, kompatybilnych z aplikacjami DirectX 11. Umożliwiają one odtwarzanie grafiki w rozdzielczościach powyżej 1920×1200 pikseli z włączonymi zaawansowanymi opcjami.
