]]> Kolejna grupa informatyczna zdecydowała o integracji spółki zależnej. Comp połączy się z kontrolowaną przez niego w całości firmą Hallandale. Fuzja nastąpi poprzez przeniesienie jej majątku na jednego z największych krajowych integratorów. Uchwałę w tej sprawie ma podjąć walne zgromadzenie akcjonariuszy 13 lutego. Hallandale specjalizuje się w dystrybucji rozwiązań bezpieczeństwa klasy SIEM. Od 2014 r. jest spółką w 100 proc. zależną od Compa. Wartość księgowa majątku Hallandale (aktywa netto) według stanu na dzień 31 grudnia 2017 r. wynosi 6,56 mln zł.

Zarząd integratora uzasadnia, że połączenie pozwoli uprościć strukturę grupy kapitałowej, zoptymalizować koszty i umożliwić lepsze wykorzystanie aktywów w ramach grupy.

W kwartałach I-III 2017 r. grupa Comp wypracowała 377,1 mln zł przychodów i 1,8 mln zł zysku netto. Przychody grupy w analogicznym okresie 2016 r. wyniosły 319,7 mln zł. Wynik netto był na minusie – 5,1 mln zł.
