]]> Grupa TenderHut przejęła spółkę GSWtech i otworzyła nowy oddział w Szczecinie – trzeci w kraju po Białymstoku i Olsztynie. Planuje zakupy kolejnych lokalnych spółek oraz rekrutację fachowców w zachodniopomorskim. Przejmowanie małych podmiotów IT to strategia grupy, która w ostatnich latach włączyła w swoje struktury 3 białostockie firmy: Lemontea, LIT i QBurst Poland. Zostały połączone z programistyczną spółką SoftwareHut. Wartość transakcji nie została ujawniona.

GSWtech to pierwsza szczecińska firma IT przejęta przez grupę z Podlasia. Specjalizuje się w projektowaniu i wdrażaniu oprogramowania dla przedsiębiorstw, w tym rozwiązań do zarządzania produkcją oraz przepływem zasobów firmowych. Dzięki przejęciu TenderHut wzmocnił kompetencje w zakresie projektów Internetu rzeczy.

– Rozwój elektroniki użytkowej w kierunku Internetu rzeczy to wyraźny trend na ten rok i następne lata. Otrzymujemy coraz więcej zleceń w technologii IoT – twierdzi Robert Strzelecki, wiceprezes TenderHut.  

GSWtech będzie od teraz funkcjonować pod szyldem spółki SoftwareHut. Grupa po wejściu do Szczecina będzie miała w sumie ponad 200 specjalistów IT.

W 2017 r. TenderHut wypracował 17,5 mln zł przychodów. Dla porównania: rok 2016 spółka zamknęła przychodem skonsolidowanym wielkości 8,87 mln zł, a rok 2015 – na poziomie 6,44 mln zł.  Firma planuje w ciągu 2 lat wejść na warszawską giełdę.
