]]> Negocjacje trwają na obecnym etapie postępowania sądowego – poinformowała spółka w sprawozdaniu finansowym. Główny Inspektorat Transportu Drogowego pozwał Wasko o zapłatę 50,7 mln zł. Reszta kary ma wynikać z 'absurdalnej oceny odpowiedzialności’ Wasko wobec GITD.

Wasko zawiązało w związku ze sprawą rezerwę w wysokości 20 proc. wartości kontraktu, czyli 800 tys. zł. W przekonaniu zarządu ewentualna kara nie powinna przekroczyć tej kwoty. Zapewnia, że stanowisko to jest poparte niezależnymi ekspertyzami.
