Pliki można przenosić do urządzeń albo do serwisów internetowych. Ponadto AllShare Play umożliwia pracę grupową na wybranych zasobach.

Nowe tablety mają opcje synchronizacji poczty, szyfrowania danych, połączeń VPN, zdalnego zarządzania.
