UOKiK wydał zgodę na ten ruch 15 maja br. Do urzędu antymonopolowego muszą być zgłaszane transakcje z udziałem przedsiębiorców, których łączny obrót w roku poprzednim przekroczył 1 mld euro na świecie lub 50 mln euro w Polsce.
