]]> Budowa infrastruktury światłowodowej nabiera przyspieszenia. W postępowaniach na budowę sieci szerokopasmowej FTTH spółki Rodmer Investments, Gladmar Investments, Eckley Investments i Nashford Investments wyłoniły wykonawców. Wartość brutto zwycięskich ofert przekracza w sumie 200 mln zł.

Spółki wyłoniły wykonawców budowy sieci FTTH w różnych obszarach kraju. Największą wartość mają wybrane oferty Wasko – 107,4 mln zł netto (132,1 mln zł brutto). Obejmują wykonanie światłowodowej sieci szerokopasmowej FTTH w technologii GPON oraz 5-letni serwis.

Wśród wybranych są również Warszawskie Przedsiębiorstwo Robót Telekomunikacyjnych (oferty w różnych obszarach warte prawie 29 mln zł netto), Fonbud (ponad 28 mln zł) i Optronik (ponad 8 mln zł).

Rodmer, Gladmar, Eckley i Nashford to spółki zależne funduszu inwestycyjnego Infracapital (grupa Prudential) oraz Alcatel-Lucent Polska (grupa Nokia). Zostały powołane, jak poinformowano, "aby aktywnie uczestniczyć w działaniach mających na celu realizację Europejskiej Agendy Cyfrowej (EAC), ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem udziału w projekcie realizowanym przez CPPC pod nazwą 'Powszechny dostęp do szybkiego Internetu' Działania 1.1: Wyeliminowanie terytorialnych różnic w możliwości dostępu do szerokopasmowego Internetu o wysokich przepustowościach".
