]]> Nexera kupiła infrastrukturę światłowodową od firmy Fan-Tex, operującej w woj. warmińsko-mazurskim. Pozyskana sieć o długości ponad 140 km obejmuje kilkanaście tysięcy gospodarstw domowych w powiatach ełckim i oleckim.

Umowę podpisano w maju br. Nie ujawniono wartości transakcji. Nexera, która jest hurtowym operatorem światłowodowym, zapowiada integrację pozyskanej sieci, co umożliwi jej udostępnienie w modelu hurtowym operatorom detalicznym.

Nexera kupuje sieci lokalnych ISP

Zakupy i integracja lokalnej infrastruktury światłowodowej to, obok inwestycji własnych, najważniejszy element rozwoju sieci dostępowej Nexery.  

Do tej pory Nexera zakupiła infrastrukturę od czterech lokalnych ISP (Telcent, Uninet, Symetra i IT Partners Telco), działających w woj. świętokrzyskim.

Firma podaje, że na koniec I kw. 2022 r. w zasięgu jej sieci znaleźli się mieszkańcy ponad 300 tys. gospodarstw domowych w ponad 2,7 tys. miejscowościach. Plan rozwoju na 2022 r. zakłada znaczne zwiększenie tych liczb – do końca 2022 r. w zasięgu sieci światłowodowej Nexery ma znaleźć się blisko 1 mln gospodarstw domowych oraz prawie 3 tys. szkół w czterech regionach (świętokrzyskim, Warmii i Mazur, Kujaw z Pomorzem i Mazowszem oraz Łódzkim).
