Jest jednak kolejny wniosek w tej sprawie.

]]> Sąd Rejonowy w Poznaniu umorzył postępowanie o ogłoszenie upadłości likwidacyjnej Merlin.pl, ponieważ wierzyciel e-sklepu – spółka Exorigo – Upos, która składała wniosek, porozumiała się z dłużnikiem. Postanowienie nie jest prawomocne. Zostało wydane 28 września. Właściciel Merlina, Czerwona Torebka, teraz poinformował o sprawie.

Kwestia upadłości Merlina nie jest jednak przesądzona. Inny wierzyciel, TM Toys, złożył we wrześniu wiosek o ogłoszenie upadłości obejmującej likwidację majątku spółki. Postępowanie jest w toku.   

E-sklep należy od 2013 r. do grupy Czerwona Torebka. Od dłuższego czasu jest na minusie. Ostatnio przejęcie tego biznesu rozważał Tell, ale nie doszło do transakcji.
