Zgodnie z nowymi ustaleniami El-Corn zapłaci Karenowi 9,5 mln zł do 31 grudnia br.

]]> Umowę sprzedaży wierzytelności obie firmy podpisały 3 sierpnia br. Zgodnie z jej postanowieniami Przedsiębiorstwo Produkcji i Handlu El-Corn z Koszewka nabyło wierzytelności Karenu wobec Techmeksu za 9,5 mln zł. El-Corn miał za nie zapłacić w ciągu 60 dni. W aneksie termin zapłaty przedłużono do końca br. Do tego czasu ma zostać uregulowana cała należność plus odsetki i koszty sądowe.

W dniu zawarcia umowy tj. 3 sierpnia br. Karen oświadczył, że nie przysługują mu żadne wierzytelności wobec Techmeksu. Karen nie ma też żadnych zobowiązań wobec spółki z Bielska-Białej.
