]]> Senat poparł nowelizację ustawy o systemie informacji w ochronie zdrowia, w związku z czym termin obowiązkowego wdrożenia elektronicznej dokumentacji medycznej będzie przesunięty na 1 stycznia 2019 r.
Zgodnie z ustawą przesunięciu ulegają także terminy realizacji Projektu P1. Chodzi o  Elektroniczną Platformę Gromadzenia, Analizy i Udostępnienia Zasobów Cyfrowych o Zdarzeniach Medycznych. Ustalono nowe terminy obowiązku wprowadzenia: 

– elektronicznego wystawiania recept – od 1 stycznia 2020 roku  

– e-skierowań – od 1 stycznia 2021 roku 

– prowadzenia pozostałej elektronicznej dokumentacji medycznej – od 1 stycznia 2019 r. Jej wymiana za pośrednictwem P1 – od 1 stycznia 2021 r.

Nowelizacja doprecyzowuje definicję EDM. Zgodnie z nią elektroniczna dokumentacja medyczna może być prowadzona również poza Systemem Informacji Medycznej, a więc niezależnie od uruchomienia platformy P1.

]]> Konkurs został ogłoszony w październiku 2009 r. Rozstrzygnięcie nastąpiło 30 czerwca br. Drugie miejsce zajęło konsorcjum Polskiej Wytwórni Papierów Wartościowych z Bonair, a trzecie Qumak-Sekom z UHC. O kontrakt starały się m.in. Accenture, Comarch, Consortia, Sygnity, Unizeto, Wasko, Wola Info. Wygrana zapewne wzmocni pozycję HP w przetargach związanych z informatyzacją służby zdrowia. Wartość planowanych inwestycji szacuje się na 800 mln zł. Niedawno Centrum Systemów Informacyjnych Ochrony Zdrowia ogłosiło m.in. przetarg na budowę platformy do udostępniania online zasobów rejestrów medycznych. Wartość zamówienia wynosi 222,6 tys. zł netto. Otwarcie ofert nastąpi 1 września.
