Wartość umowy wyniosła 12,6 mln zł brutto.

]]> Protokół elektroniczny Comarchu rejestruje rozprawy w wersji audiowizualnej. Będzie stanowić część akt. W ramach projektu krakowska firma dostarczyła sprzęt i oprogramowanie. W salach sądowych zainstalowano cyfrowy rejestrator, mikrofony, kamery, macierze do przechowywania danych oraz monitory wielkoformatowe. Rejestrator będzie zapisywał przebieg całej rozprawy. Jedna z kamer nagra zeznania świadka, druga ogólny widok sali. Jeżeli sprawa nie będzie wymagać przeprowadzenia postępowania dowodowego, przewodniczący może zdecydować o przygotowaniu zapisu tylko w wersji audio.

System został wdrożony w 346 salach 55 sądów, w których toczą się postępowania cywilne. Wartość umowy na dostawę i wdrożenie wyniosła 12,6 mln zł brutto. Szacuje się, że wprowadzenie e-protokołu skróci czas rozprawy średnio o jedną trzecią. Trwają negocjacje w sprawie zainstalowania systemu w kolejnych 40 salach. Ponadto Comarch wygrał przetarg zorganizowany przez sąd okręgowy w Gorzowie Wielkopolskim na dostawę sprzętu komputerowego i wideokonferencyjnego.

Obecnie e-protokół nie jest wykorzystywany w sprawach karnych, jednak może się to zmienić. Podczas inauguracji systemu minister sprawiedliwości Kwiatkowski zapowiedział kolejne inwestycje na lata 2012-2013, których koszt oszacowano na blisko 150 mln zł.
