Poinformowano, że to nie koniec sankcji.

]]> Według PAP GDDKiA naliczyła po 2 mln zł za każdy dzień opóźnienia w uruchomieniu e-myta (system miał ruszyć 1 lipca, zaczął działać 3 lipca) oraz dodatkowo 3,5 mln zł za niedotrzymanie niektórych zobowiązań kontraktu. W sumie spółka informatyczna ma zapłacić za uchybienia 7,5 mln zł. Ale to nie wszystko. Zapowiedziano, że do rachunku zostaną dopisane także przychody, które zdaniem GDDKiA zostały utracone przez państwo wskutek opóźnień i niesprawnego działania systemu. W celu wyliczenia strat urzędnicy porównają wpływy z e-myta III kw. 2011 r. z IV kw. 2011 r. (od września ub.r. system osiągnął pełną funkcjonalność). Firmy transportowe płacą za przejazd ciężarówek i autobusów autostradami, drogami ekspresowymi i krajowymi od 16 do 53 gr za 1 km. Do końca listopada 2011 r. wpływy z e-myta wyniosły w sumie 320 mln zł.

Kapsch nie zgadza się z wysokością orzeczonej kary. Zapłacił dotąd 2,4 mln zł za różne niedociągnięcia.
