]]> Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi eksperckie dotyczące oceny efektywności i oszczędności kosztów prac związanych z zaprojektowaniem, implementacją, wdrożeniem i rozwojem systemu realizującego usługę e-Doręczenia oraz prac integracyjnych z innymi systemami. 

Ekspertyzą Symmetry objętych zostanie kilkanaście obszarów, wśród nich m.in.: wytworzenie i modyfikacje dokumentacji projektowej, wykonanie analizy systemowej, opracowanie architektury biznesowej, logicznej, systemowej i infrastrukturalnej, wykonanie projektu technicznego systemu. Kontrakt został zawarty w wyniku przeprowadzonego postępowania o udzielenie zamówienia publicznego w trybie przetargu nieograniczonego. 

Przedsięwzięcie jest realizowane w ramach Programu Operacyjnego Polska Cyfrowa na lata 2014-2020 Oś Priorytetowa nr 2 E-administracja i otwarty rząd Działanie nr 2.1  Wysoka dostępność i jakość e-usług publicznych.
