Dell Cloud Manager wprowadził dodatkowo obsługę Windows Azure Compute obok funkcjonującej już obsługi Wndows Azure Storage.

Do programu partnerskiego Dell Cloud weszły także produkty CenturyLink, firmy oferującej rozwiązania w chmurze (CenturyLink to firma partnerska Della). Dzięki współpracy klienci koncernu mają dostęp do usług chmury publicznej, w tym IaaS (infrastruktura jako usługa) oraz PaaS (platforma jako usługa), które można wdrożyć w centrach danych CenturyLinka (klienci Della korzystają z chmury obliczeniowej, pamięci masowej i usług sieciowych partnera). Każda usługa jest dostępna poprzez serwis sieciowy API oraz za pomocą ujednoliconego interfejsu zarządzania. PaaS jest również oferowana na Cloud Foundry i Iron Foundry.

Podobnie jak w przypadku Windows Azure oferta w ramach programu Dell Cloud obejmuje pomoc ekspercką i możliwość zarządzania chmurami publicznymi, prywatnymi lub hybrydowymi z jednego miejsca. Klient ma swojego opiekuna.
