Nie ujawniono jego danych, lecz w grę wchodzi jeden z wiceprezesów Actionu – Kazimierz Lasecki albo Edward Wojtysiak, ponieważ prezes Piotr Biliński jest większościowym udziałowcem (ma 4,5 mln akcji firmy, czyli 27,42 proc. kapitału). Ponad 471 tys. akcji, które były przedmiotem darowizny, stanowiły 2,87 proc. udziału w spółce (obecnie darczyńca ma 0,005 proc.).

W piątek 22 października na zakończenie sesji na GPW akcje dystrybutora wyceniano na 18,18 zł (o 0,7 proc. mniej niż dzień wcześniej).
