]]> Na początku w kosmosie zostanie umieszczony satelita Światowid wraz z towarzyszącymi mu dwoma nanosatelitami. Będzie to, jak podkreśla firma, pierwszy, polski, prywatny satelita komercyjny. Umożliwi on badanie promieniowania kosmicznego oraz zakłóceń elektromagnetycznych. Będzie także obserwował Ziemię. Umieszczona na nim kamera będzie robiła zdjęcia w paśmie światła widzialnego.

Będą one rozmieszczone w różnych miejscach i na różnych wysokościach nad powierzchnią Ziemi. Firma przymierza się do budowy fabryki, w której będzie produkowała swoje satelity. Fabryka ma powstać w ciągu najbliższych kilku lat.

Informacje z satelitów będą udostępniane na specjalnym portalu internetowym. Dzięki API (Application Programming Interface) deweloperzy uzyskają dostęp do bazy danych, chmury obliczeniowej oraz specjalnych algorytmów do obróbki zdjęć. Dzięki temu zainteresowani partnerzy będą mogli tworzyć aplikacje oraz usługi bazujące na danych gromadzonych przez satelity – zarówno dla użytkowników indywidualnych jak i do zastosowań biznesowych. SatRevolution zamierza również samodzielnie tworzyć aplikacje mobilne pozwalające na dostęp do danych satelitarnych.

Firma powstała w czerwcu 2016 roku. Jej założycielami są twórcy Studia T-Bull, polskiego producenta gier mobilnych. Partnerem firmy jest Wrocławskie Centrum Badań EIT+.
