Jest nośnikiem SSD formatu 2,5’’. Model ten został wyposażony w kontroler Samsunga, jego pracę wspomaga bufor pamięci podręcznej o wielkości 128 MB. Nośnik obsługuje kolejkowanie poleceń własnych NCQ. Niestety nie doczekał się oficjalnego firmwaru, dzięki, któremu potrafiłby obsługiwać TRIM. Deklarowana szybkość przesyłania danych tego modelu wynosi 220 i 180 MB/s podczas odczytu i zapisu.
