]]> Nowy dział powstał w wyniku globalnej reorganizacji struktur Microsoftu, co wiąże się z rosnącym znaczeniem sprzedaży w segmencie konsumenckim. CCG połączył kilka zespołów z różnych pionów firmy. 

– Koncentrujemy się na usługach i działaniach zmierzających do integracji produktów konsumenckich: komputera, telefonu, telewizora i innych urządzeń – poinformował Krzysztof Florczak.

Menedżer dotychczas kierował działem Small & Medium Business Solutions and Partners (SMS&P). Z Microsoftem jest związany od ponad 7 lat. W tym czasie pełnił funkcję szefa zespołu Windows Client Business Group, a następnie działu sprzedaży OEM. Wcześniej przez 12 lat pracował w California Computer (tym ostatnie 4 lata na stanowisku dyrektora generalnego). 

Krzysztof Florczak jest absolwentem Inżynierii Procesowej i podyplomowego studium menedżerskiego Politechniki Łódzkiej. 

Na stanowisko dyrektora działu Small & Medium Business Solutions and Partners (SMS&P) awansował Piotr Chrobot. Do zespołu Microsoftu dołączył na początku 2011 r. jako dyrektor Sektora Telekomunikacji i Mediów. Menedżer rozpoczął karierę w branży IT w Bullu i Lucent Technologies, na stanowiskach związanych ze sprzedażą. Pracował również w  Cisco Systems, był m.in. dyrektorem sprzedaży do sektorów Telco i Enterprise. Przed przejściem do Microsoftu Piotr Chrobot przez 3 lata pełnił funkcję dyrektora generalnego Symantec’a. 

Nowy szef działu SMS&P jest absolwentem Wydziału Elektroniki Politechniki Warszawskiej oraz Wyższej Szkoły Telekomunikacyjnej w Rennes we Francji.
