Do wspólnego produktu Microsoft dostarczył oprogramowanie i środowisko chmury publicznej, Dell – sprzęt, a Comparex – swoje autorskie narzędzia. Firma zajmie się również integracją rozwiązania, usługami doradczymi, sprzedażą i wdrożeniem.

Wdrożenie wariantu Premium poprzedza analiza w celu dopasowania rozwiązania do potrzeb klienta. W opcji Premium możliwy jest outsourcing zarządzania chmurą hybrydową. Rozliczenie obejmuje użycie jej zasobów.

Komponenty sprzętowe Comparex Hybrid Cloud Appliance uwzględniające redundancję to dwa węzły obliczeniowe (48 procesorów wirtualnych 2,2 GHz, 256 GB RAM, 600 GB wewnętrzne HDD 10k RPM), współdzielona przestrzeń dyskowa – nośniki SSD i HDD, deduplikacja, tiering (400 GB SSD, 2,4 TB HDD RAW Storage), infrastruktura sieciowa (48 x 1 Gb port), szafa rackowa 24U 19”, Hybrid Storage Appliance (StorSimple) – pojemność szacunkowa 50 TB. 

Wśród komponentów oprogramowania jest Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2 Datacenter (prawo do uruchamiania nielimitowanej ilości wirtualnych systemów operacyjnych Windows Server), Hyper-V (wirtualizacja serwerów, sieci, systemów dyskowych), klastry niezawodnościowe (równoważenie obciążeń, automatyczne odtwarzanie w przypadku awarii), Hyper-V Replica (automatyczne centrum zapasowe), Microsoft System Center 2012 R2 Datacenter – zarządzanie środowiskiem bez limitu ilości maszyn wirtualnych i zarządzanie zwirtualizowanym centrum danych.
