Możliwe stanie się też planowanie spotkań przy użyciu Webexa w kalendarzu Google’a. W najbliższych miesiącach w kalendarzu ma się pojawić ikona Webex Meetings i po kliknięciu na niej będzie można skonfigurować webexową wideokonferencję dla wybranych użytkowników. Korzyści z tej integracji ma zwiększać wykorzystanie Google AI do takich czynności, jak transkrypcja, tłumaczenie, podsumowania spotkań i zarządzanie zadaniami.

Dzięki pakietowi Webex Teams Android SDK programiści będą mogli rozbudować swoje aplikacje dla Androida o funkcje współpracy Cisco. Możliwe będzie np. dodanie spotkania wideo do inteligentnych okularów, aby zaoferować rozmówcom opcję „zobacz, co ja widzę”. 

Użytkownicy Webex Teams będą mieć też dostęp do dokumentów, arkuszy, prezentacji czy formularzy Google. W efekcie wspólna praca na dokumentach nie będzie wymagać zapisu za każdym razem, gdy wprowadzono zmianę.
