]]> Centrum Informatyki Statystycznej zamawia 6 tys. smartfonów wraz z usługami zarządzania i transmisji danych na potrzeby powszechnego spisu rolnego. Na zakupy zarezerwowano prawie 9,8 mln zł, ale wygląda na to, że wydatek będzie o połowę mniejszy. Jedyną ofertę złożyło konsorcjum Orange Polska i Integrated Solutions o wartości 4,9 mln zł brutto.

Przetarg ogłoszono w końcu maja br. W trakcie postępowania dwukrotnie organizowano wizję lokalną dla zamawiających w budynku GUS w Warszawie. Przyszedł tylko jeden zainteresowany.

Kryteria wyboru wykonawcy to: cena (60), wydłużony okres gwarancji na smartfon (10), czas wykonania usługi serwisowej dla smartfonów (16), wielkość RAM (4), struktura telefonicznego numeru spisowego (10).

 

Nawet 7-calowe urządzenia

Zamawiane smartfony trafią do 18 jednostek, w tym GUS i wojewódzkich urzędów statystycznych. CIS wymaga, by były wyposażone w Androida (co najmniej 9.0) i ekran w rozmiarze od 6,3 do 7 cali o rozdzielczości co najmniej 1080 x 2300 pikseli. Minimalna pojemność RAM wynosi 3 GB RAM, a flash 64 GB. Oczekiwane moduły komunikacyjne to 4G i Wi-Fi AC.

Smartfony mają być dostarczone z kartami SIM i usługą transmisji danych. Wykonawca musi zapewnić wdrożenie, uruchomienie i świadczenie usługi zarządzania urządzeniami mobilnymi (MDM), a także zestawić i aktywować łącze pomiędzy swoją siecią APN a siecią Głównego Urzędu Statystycznego (wymagana przepustowość to minimum 100 Mbit/s). Wielkość pakietu danych określono na 30 TB, nie będzie limitu na czas połączeń głosowych i SMS-ów. Zamówienie obejmuje również szkolenia, konfiguracje, serwis.

Usługi MDM i telekomunikacyjne mają być świadczone przez 4 miesiące od 17 sierpnia br.
