Warszawski sąd uznał, że Polska Izba Książki nie musi przepraszać administratora Chomikuj.pl za sformułowanie, że portal „stosuje pirackie praktyki i nielegalnie publikuje utwory”.

Chomikuj.pl pozwał Polską Izbę Książki (PIK)
Serwis z plikami udostępnianymi przez użytkowników wystąpił z pozwem przeciwko PIK z powodu zamieszczenia na stronie wydawców komunikatu na temat chomikuj.pl., zdaniem właścicieli portalu niezgodnego z prawdą. Pierwsza rozprawa została wyznaczona na sierpień br.
