]]> Dwa fundusze: MCI.Private Ventures FIZ oraz ATP FIZ Aktywów Niepublicznych, należący do Tadeusza Czichona, współzałożyciela i prezesa ATM do grudnia ub.r., wspólnie mają ponad 55 proc. udziałów w ATM. Ofertę porozumienia obejmującego zgodne głosowania na walnym zgromadzeniu spółki fundusz MCI złożył ATP FIZ AN w marcu br. Oferta obejmuje także prawo pierwokupu papierów ATP FIZ AN.

W maju br. fundusz należący do MCi Capital wraz ze spółką zależną w efekcie wezwania przejął ponad 16 proc. akcji ATM za ponad 61 mln zł. Pozwoliło mu to kontrolować w sumie ponad 30 proc. akcji spółki. Zakup papierów ATP FIZ AN (ponad 25 proc. kapitału ATM) oznaczałby przejęcie całkowitej kontroli nad dostawcą usług centrum danych przez MCI.
