Atende Software zmieniło nazwę na Redge Technologies. Spółka ma trzy działy produktowe, które zajmują się frontendem OTT, backendem OTT i cyberbezpieczeństwem. Posiada własny dział B&R i zespoły wdrożeniowe.

Strategia Redge Technologies opiera się na trzech filarach: usługach chmurowych opartych na API, stworzeniu powtarzalnego produktu OTT i projektach wdrożeniowych dla nadawców, operatorów pay TV i firm telekomunikacyjnych na rynku międzynarodowym. Firma analizuje także inwestycje w podmioty rozwijające komplementarne technologie.

Do końca 2020 r. Atende Software należało do grupy Atende. Zostało przejęte przez Custodia Capital Flix kosztem 52,5 mln zł.

Przed transakcją z Atende Software wydzielono część przedsiębiorstwa (systemy IT dla energetyki), które pozostało w grupie Atende.

Custodia Capital Flix przejmie 100 proc. udziałów w Atende Software za 52,5 mln zł.

Wcześniej doszło do podziału przejętej spółki – w końcu listopada zarejestrowano spółkę z o.o. Atende Industries, do której wydzielono część przedsiębiorstwa i majątku Atende Software związaną z systemami IT dla energetyki (smart grid).

W Atende Software pozostała reszta dotychczasowej działalności, w sektorach dystrybucji treści multimedialnych w internecie i bezpieczeństwa IT.

Custodia Capital Flix to nowa spółka w grupie Custodia Capital, zarejestrowana w listopadzie 2020 r.

Nie będą robić konkurencji
Nowy właściciel zobowiązał się, że Atende Software (ani jakikolwiek podmiot powiązany z tą spółką) przez 3 lata nie będzie prowadzić działalności konkurencyjnej wobec Atende i powiązanych z nim podmiotów. Pod nowym właścicielem Atende Software zmieni nazwę.

13 lat na rynku

Podział Atende Software ogłoszono w połowie września br.

Atende informowało wówczas, że celem jest rozdzielenie odmiennych działalności w spółce zależnej. Zapowiedziano również przegląd opcji strategicznych dla Atende Software i nowej spółki Atende Industries.

Atende Software powstało w 2007 r. na bazie działu nowych technologii, oddzielonego od ATM.

W 2019 r. przychody Atende Software ze sprzedaży, operacyjne i finansowe wyniosły 32,1 mln zł (+26 proc. r/r), a zysk brutto sięgnął 4,65 mln zł (+10 proc. r/r).
