Odpowiadał za sprzedaż oprogramowania i usług, a także za rozwój firmy na terenie Polski. W 2001 roku dołączył do  IBM, gdzie pracował ponad 7 lat, zajmując wiele kierowniczych stanowisk. Odpowiadał za wprowadzenie na rynek umów klasy Enterprise w Europie Centralnej, pełnił funkcję Dyrektora Działu Sprzedaży Oprogramowania do Sektorów Administracji Publicznej i Telekomunikacji oraz szefa Działu Tivoli w Polsce.

Artur Kutkiewicz jest absolwentem  Wyższej Szkoły Chemiczno – Technologicznej w Pradze (Czechy).
