]]> W 2024 r. wartość rynku chmurowego ERP wyniesie 37,7 mld dol. wobec 24,5 mld dol. w 2019 r. – prognozuje MarketsandMarkets. Co roku średni wzrost ma wynieść 9 proc. Popyt powinien się zwiększać ze względu na dążenie do poprawy efektywności operacyjnej przedsiębiorstw i usprawnienie procesów biznesowych – uważają analitycy.

Sektor bankowo – finansowy pozostanie największym rynkiem wertykalnym dla chmurowego ERP, ze względu na rozwinięte usługi online.

Najszybciej będą rosły natomiast wydatki przedsiębiorstw na usługi związane z ERP (zarządzane, wdrożenia i integracja, doradztwo, wsparcie, serwis).  

Zwiększający się popyt na usługi wynika z tego, że pomagają one organizacjom wypełnić lukę między starszymi systemami i nowymi aplikacjami, poradzić sobie ze złożonymi wdrożeniami, jak również w utrzymaniu i wdrożeniu rozwiązań ERP. Istotna jest także edukacja użytkowników.

Z kolei według Apps Run The World cały światowy rynek aplikacji ERP będzie stabilny w najbliższych latach. Od 2017 r. do 2022 r. średni wzrost co roku ma wynieść 0,8 proc., do sumy 85,9 mld dol. w 2022 r. W 2017 r. liderem był SAP (blisko 7 proc.). Za nim plasował się Oracle i rosnący w dwucyfrowej skali Intuit. Dziesięciu największych dostawców ma około jedną trzecią udziału w światowym rynku ERP.
