]]> Projekt jest realizowany w ramach Programu Operacyjnego Innowacyjna Gospodarka (Działanie 5.2). Zgodnie z założeniami KIGEiT SZOK ma zapobiec swoistemu wykluczeniu cyfrowemu małych firm, które często nie instalują oprogramowania usprawniającego pracę przedsiębiorstwa, bo nie mają na nie środków albo nie znają możliwości takich aplikacji. W ramach SZOK-u firmy będą mogły korzystać z aplikacji na wynajem w modelu SaaS (Software as a Service), tzn. będą płacić tylko za używanie wybranych narzędzi. Zgodnie z zapowiedzią KIGEiT, miesięczny koszt dostępu do usługi na jednym stanowisku wyniesie ok. 100 zł. W pakiecie znajdą się m.in. narzędzia do zarządzania procesami w firmie i repozytorium dokumentów.

W ramach SZOK-u przygotowano modele działania i struktur organizacyjnych dla poszczególnych grup przedsiębiorstw (handlowych, usługowych, produkcyjnych i wielofunkcyjnych), które w formie aplikacji zostaną przystosowane do specyfiki konkretnej firmy. Ponadto przedsiębiorca będzie miał do dyspozycji materiały informacyjne i szkoleniowe dotyczące zarządzania. Dane udostępnione w modelu SaaS zostaną zaszyfrowane z wykorzystaniem 256-bitowego klucza (SSL). W systemie będą także tworzone kopie zapasowe (codzienne kopie zmian i cotygodniowe kopie wszystkich danych). Jeśli przedsiębiorca zrezygnuje z usługi, otrzyma zgromadzone informacje w formacie .xml.

Obecnie SZOK jest w fazie testów – przeprowadzane są wdrożenia pilotażowe i weryfikacja wzorcowych modeli. Usługa ma zostać udostępniona od nowego roku. W listopadzie KIGEiT organizuje cykl bezpłatnych seminariów dla firm. Zgodnie z zapowiedzią Izby wkrótce ruszy strona internetowa SZOK-u pod adresem www.uslugaszok.pl.
