]]> Roszczenie Clean & Carbon Energy jest związane z jednostronnym wypowiedzeniem części umowy inwestycyjnej z ub. roku (dotyczącej sprzedaży Karenu). We wrześniu br. należność w wysokości 28,5 mln zł zabezpieczył sąd. W październiku poznańska firma stwierdziła, że aktywa zostały zwolnione (na podstawie art. 744 par. 2 kpc), ponieważ CCE nie wniósł w ustawowym terminie pozwu o zapłatę wierzytelności do Sądu Arbitrażowego przy Krajowej Izbie Gospodarczej w Warszawie. Poinformowano także, iż zobowiązanie wykreślono z Krajowego Rejestru Długów.

Według CCE 15 grudnia br. Sąd Apelacyjny w Poznaniu utrzymał w mocy zabezpieczenie roszczenia na mieniu Komputronika o zapłatę 28,5 mln zł. Zgodnie z wrześniowym postanowieniem obejmuje ono zajęcie 7,5 mln akcji CCE zapisanych na rachunku Komputronika (o wartości nominalnej 3 mln zł) oraz 2,2 mln papierów Contanisimo o wartości 2,2 mln zł. Sąd miał zakazać także sprzedaży i obciążania 5 nieruchomości, których księgi wieczyste znajdują się w Szczecinie.
