]]> Krzysztof Florczak dotychczas kierował działem Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Menedżer dołączył do zespołu Microsoftu w 2004 r. Początkowo (do lipca 2006 r.) sprawował funkcję szefa Windows Client Business Group, odpowiadając za realizację strategii sprzedaży systemów Windows w Polsce. Krzysztof Florczak, zanim związał się z Microsoftem, przez 12 lat pracował w California Computer Company, gdzie pełnił m.in. funkcję dyrektora generalnego. Na stanowisku dyrektora działu Small & Medium Business Solutions and Partners (SMS&P) menedżer będzie zarządzał czterema pionami handlowymi: małe i średnie firmy, dystrybucja, kanał partnerski, lokalni producenci oprogramowania.

Krzysztof Florczak jest absolwentem Wydziałów Inżynierii Procesowej i Zarządzania na Politechnice Łódzkiej.

Anke Bienert, która dotychczas sprawowała funkcję dyrektora działu SMS&P, przeszła do regionalnych struktur Microsoftu, obejmując stanowisko Senior Directora OEM na Europę Środkowo-Wschodnią. Anke Bienert pracowała w polskim oddziale firmy od lipca 2007 r., najpierw (do października 2008 r.) jako szef Business & Marketing Organization (BMO). Przed objęciem stanowisk w Polsce była Business Managerem w dziale Sales Marketing Services w centrali Microsoftu na region Europy Środkowo-Wschodniej. Anke Bienert jest związana z firmą od 1997 r.

Obowiązki szefa działu OEM przejął czasowo Piotr Pągowski, dyrektor działu Consumer & Online.
