]]> Nazwa.pl złożyła pozwy wobec dhosting.pl, Mad Ventures Patryk Kozioł i Angry Bytes Krzysztof Kotkowicz. Wyjaśnia, że weszła na drogą sądową „w związku z zaistnieniem zdarzeń, które mogą uzasadniać naruszenie przepisów prawa oraz dobrego imienia spółki”. Domaga się zakazania czynów nieuczciwej konkurencji i zapłaty przez wymienione firmy po 20 tys. zł na rzecz Fundacji Kultury Polskiej w Warszawie. Pozwy trafiły do sądu 28 listopada br., ale poinformowano o nich dopiero teraz.

Nazwa.pl podkreśla, że za wysoce nieetyczne i niezgodne z zasadami uczciwej konkurencji uważa konstruowanie oferty handlowej uzależnionej od przeniesienia usług od ściśle wskazanego dostawcy.

Trzy firmy zaoferowały klientom darmowe usługi, jeżeli przeniosą je do nich od nazwa.pl, która według raportu NASK z br. jest liderem polskiego rynku domen (wzrost o 4,2 proc. zarejestrowanych domen w ujęciu r/r).

Spółka zapowiada, że z całą stanowczością będzie dochodzić swoich praw na drodze sądowej.

Składając pozew nazwa.pl otwiera nowy sądowy front w sporach z konkurencją. W lipcu br. po zaostrzającej się krytyce ze strony spółek hostingowych nazwa.pl pozwała home.pl, zarzucając spółce rozpowszechnianie nieprawdziwych i wprowadzających w błąd wiadomości. Następnie pełnomocnik firmy zawiadomił prokuraturę o możliwości popełnienia przestępstwa przez Marcina Kuśmierza, prezesa home.pl.
