]]> Warszawski Uniwersytet Medyczny zawarł z Simple umowę na realizację projektu informatycznego. Spółka otrzyma łączne wynagrodzenie w wysokości 2,1 mln zł netto tj. ok. 2,85 mln zł brutto.
 
Simple zostało wyłonione wykonawcą w przetargu, mimo że uczelnia gotowa była wydać na projekt mniej, tj. 2,07 mln zł brutto.

Konkurentem Simple w postępowaniu była poznańska spółka American Systems, która złożyła ofertę z 3-krotnie wyższą ceną za realizację zamówienia (8,34 mln zł).

Obie firmy proponowały taki sam termin wykonania zamówienia (36 miesięcy) jak i gwarancję (24 miesiące).

 
ERP i usługi

Umowa obejmuje dostawę i wdrożenie systemu ERP, który będzie obsługiwał uczelnię w obszarach: kontrolingu, planowania i budżetowania, elektronicznego obiegu wniosków dotyczącego zakupów, umów cywilnoprawnych oraz sklepu intranetowego.

Wykonawca będzie świadczył również usługę wsparcia technicznego oraz asysty technicznej w okresie 12 miesięcy od dnia odbioru końcowego.

Okres gwarancji tak jak w ofercie wynosi 24 miesiące.
 
Kontrakt Simple z Uniwersytetem Medycznym następuje wkrótce po odstąpieniu od umowy projektu informatycznego realizowanego przez spółkę przez 5 uczelni prywatnych.
