]]> Transakcja jest związana z realizacją umowy inwestycyjnej, na mocy której Karen przejmie Halina Paszyńska i jej spółki. Jedną z nich jest zarejestrowany na Cyprze Amentum Holdings Limited. Zgodnie z decyzją walnego zgromadzenia akcjonariuszy Karenu, Komputronik wyemituje 1,35 mln akcji w cenie emisyjnej 0,1 zł. Jak dowiedział się Parkiet, cała pula zostanie sprzedana Karenowi po 11,36 zł, czyli z ponad 110-procentowym zyskiem. Potem Karen pożyczy Amentum połowę sprzedanych walorów (655 tys. szt.) na 6,5 proc. rocznie.

Zdaniem prezesa Karenu zakup akcji Komputronika po 11,36 zł to inwestycja, która przyniesie zysk. W dniu 18 października br. na zamknięciu sesji na GPW walory Komputronika kosztowały 9,49 zł za sztukę.

Amentum Holdings Limited z siedzibą w Nikozji jest jedną ze spółek (obok Texass Ranch Company), które mają przejąć akcje serii J i serii K Karenu. Wówczas obie firmy będą miały 66 proc. ogólnej liczby głosów w Karenie (teraz Komputronik i jego firma zależna Contanisimo mają 57 proc. kapitału). Według komunikatu opublikowanego przez Karen, należność za akcje została już wpłacona.
