]]> Asseco Poland utworzy wspólną spółkę z adesso SE. Zamierza sprzedawać system informatyczny dostosowany do wymagań sektora bankowego w Niemczech. Joint venture pod nazwą Adesso Banking Solutions będzie działać w całym regionie DACH.

Grupa Adesso w 2019 r. wypracowała blisko 450 mln euro obrotów. Ma 33 oddziały w Europie, zatrudnia 4,2 tys. osób. Jest dostawcą usług IT, oferuje zarówno usługi doradcze jak i oprogramowanie dostosowane do potrzeb klientów.

Asseco w przeliczeniu wypracowuje globalnie ok. 2,5 mld euro obrotów, z tego ok. 1 mld euro w sektorze bankowym. Jest to jedna z najważniejszych specjalizacji grupy. Polski koncern informatyczny zrealizował ponad 800 wdrożeń kluczowych systemów bankowych, w tym dla dużych niemieckich i austriackich podmiotów.
