Według Kingi Piecuch z zarządu Xeroksa już teraz około 60 proc. przychodów polskiego oddziału Xerox pochodzi z outsourcingu. Oferując usługi BPO koncern liczy na znaczące przychody z rynku outsourcingu procesów biznesowych, którego wartość w 2010 r. wyceniano na 4 mld zł (według MillwardBrown SMG/KRC).
