Z taką właśnie sytuacją mamy do czynienia w przypadku wyposażenia sali szkoleniowej w biurowcu VEKA, położonym na terenie fabryki, w której produkowane są profile PVC do systemów stolarki otworowej tej niemieckiej marki. Zakład zatrudnia około 600 osób, a lockdown i pandemia nie wstrzymały jego działań, jak też inwestycji w dalszy rozwój. Jedna z nich dotyczyła systemu na potrzeby edukacji partnerów handlowych, specjalistów, menedżerów i handlowców. Pierwotnie miało do tego celu służyć kilkanaście ekranów LCD, w formacie 16:9.

– To nie był nasz pomysł i dobrze się stało, że ten projekt trafił jednak do Statimu. Od razu wiedzieliśmy, że można to zrobić o wiele lepiej. Żeby nie być gołosłownymi, zaprosiliśmy klienta i projektanta do naszego showroomu, gdzie pokazaliśmy im możliwości ekranów marki xLEDpro. Ta wizyta to był prawdziwy przełom – mówi Karol Krajewski, Regional Commercial Sales Director w Statimie.

O tym, że warszawski showroom Statimu dobrze spełnia swoją rolę, świadczy reakcja przedstawicieli firmy VEKA. Naocznie przekonali się, jak prezentują się dedykowane materiały edukacyjne firmy na różnych ekranach xLEDpro, co skutkowało wyborem wyświetlacza 3,6 x 2,03 m, z pikselami o rozstawie 1,9 mm i rozdzielczości FHD (1920 x 1080 pikseli). Do tego dobrano bezprzewodowy system sterowania w oparciu o mobilny, 7-calowy panel dotykowy Kramer, zasilany w technologii Power over Ethernet i objęty 3-letnią gwarancją.

– Co ważne, sala konferencyjno-szkoleniowa została wyposażona w system kolaboracji Kramer VIA, któremu, według mojej wiedzy, nie dorównuje żaden konkurencyjny system w tym segmencie rynku – podkreśla Cyprian Dominiak, dyrektor działu AV//DS w Statimie. Dodaje, że z ekranem może łączyć się bezprzewodowo do sześciu użytkowników jednocześnie, a następnie swobodnie ze sobą współpracować.

Pewną trudność w realizacji wdrożenia stanowił fakt, że w sali konferencyjnej, miało nie być szafki rack z rozwiązaniami audio-video. To oznaczało, że specjaliści Statimu musieli doprowadzić kable do dość odległej serwerowni, oczywiście wykorzystując w tym celu skrętkę, gdyż w przypadku kabla HDMI już po 10 metrach traci się możliwość przesyłania obrazu. Dodatkowo pojawił się pomysł na wyjście z dźwiękiem poza salę konferencyjną, a więc między innymi do showroomu, jadalni, korytarza oraz toalet. Powstały w ten sposób system nagłośnienia może służyć do zwoływania uczestników szkoleń, przekazywania komunikatów, czy też emitowania relaksującej muzyki.

Poza kwestią dźwięku, obrazu i okablowania, kolejnym zadaniem było umożliwienie centralnego sterowania roletami i oświetleniem za pomocą systemu Kramer.

– Jeśli chodzi o automatykę, to lubimy ją robić od podstaw. Tymczasem w tym przypadku zarówno rolety, jak też oświetlenie były już zamontowane wcześniej. Na szczęście udało nam się w ostatniej chwili zmodyfikować projekt i namówić elektryka, żeby doprowadził dodatkowe przewody do listwy przekaźnikowej w serwerowni, dzięki czemu można korzystać z włącznika światła na ścianie, ale także zdalnie sterować oświetleniem z pulpitu mówcy. Sterowanie ścienne działa całkowicie niezależnie, nawet w przypadku ewentualnej awarii systemu centralnego sterowania – wyjaśnia Cyprian Dominiak.

Poza ekranem xLEDpro i panelem sterowania Kramer, w projekcie zastosowano też system nagłośnienia firmy Ecler, dwa zestawy mikrofonów bezprzewodowych Sennheiser oraz dodatkowe źródła AV w postaci zdalnie zarządzanych odtwarzaczy Denon Pro.

– Nie wyobrażam sobie, żebyśmy mogli przekonać klienta do tego wdrożenia bez jego wizyty w naszym showroomie. O jego wyborze nie zdecydowała bowiem cena, ale duże możliwości ekranów i reszty rozwiązań oraz fakt, że jesteśmy w stanie szybko zrealizować kompleksowe wdrożenie z zakresu audio, wideo, automatyki i sieciówki, bez konieczności angażowania innych podmiotów – podsumowuje Karol Krajewski.

Rozpoczynając współpracę ze Statim Integrator zależało nam przede wszystkim na przeobrażeniu naszej dotychczasowej sali konferencyjnej w miejsce spotkań na miarę XXI wieku. Najbardziej efektywną zmianą było zastąpienie ściany wizyjnej opartej na monitorach LCD na konstrukcję zbudowaną z ekranów LED najnowszej generacji. Efekt przeszedł nasze najśmielsze oczekiwania.
