Oczywiście tempo migracji do środowiska chmurowego różni się w poszczególnych krajach. W Polsce ten proces toczy się ślamazarnie, do czego w jakimś stopniu przyczynia się postawa integratorów, którzy z dużymi obawami podchodzą do nowego modelu sprzedaży – i trudno się im dziwić.

W tradycyjnej transakcji sprzedawca wystawia fakturę na 50 tys. złotych i czeka na przelew. W przypadku subskrypcji powyższą kwotę trzeba rozłożyć na kilka miesięcy, a nierzadko na dłuższy okres. Poza tym wzrost sprzedaży usług, odbywający się kosztem rozwiązań sprzętowych, musi zachwiać bilansem finansowym. Po pewnym czasie, przynajmniej w teorii, powinien on wrócić do stanu wyjściowego, ale jeśli proces transformacji będzie się przeciągać w nieskończoność, integrator może wpaść w tarapaty.

Nie bez przyczyny większość firm IT woli sprzedawać i wdrażać serwery, stacje robocze czy macierze niż odsprzedawać moc obliczeniową czy pamięć masową jako usługę. Ale szefowie wielkich koncernów informatycznych chcą iść w przeciwnym kierunku. Do korzystania z modelu usługowego zachęcają swoich partnerów nie tylko globalni dostawcy usług chmurowych – Amazon, Google czy Microsoft, ale też producenci sprzętu – Dell, Cisco czy HPE.

Premie za chmurę

Potrzebujemy partnerów handlowych, bez nich nie damy sobie rady – to zdanie jest regularnie powtarzane przez dostawców usług. Oczywiście same deklaracje to za mało i powinny im towarzyszyć określone działania. W tym kontekście jednym ze skrajnych jest przypadek Microsoftu,

którego programy partnerskie wspierają tylko i wyłącznie usługi chmurowe. Producent oferuje integratorom wsparcie marketingowe, wykorzystujące elementy sztucznej inteligencji do profilowania grup docelowych. Ponadto wspiera działania przedsprzedażowe, takie jak warsztaty czy wdrożenia testowe.

– Sprzedaż usług wymaga zaawansowanych kompetencji technicznych. Dlatego stawiamy na rozwój programów budowania nowych umiejętności i coraz częściej uzależniamy poziom naszego wsparcia od ilości określonych certyfikatów w organizacji partnerskiej – mówi Krzysztof Florczak, Channel Sales Lead w Microsofcie.

W nieco trudniejszej sytuacji niż Microsoft, który dokonał wyraźnego zwrotu w kierunku chmury, wydają się być producenci serwerów, komputerów czy macierzy dyskowych. Ciekawy przykład stanowi HPE. W ubiegłym roku Antonio Neri, CEO koncernu, zapowiedział, że do 2022 r. cała oferta firmy będzie dostępna w modelu usługowym. Zachętą mają być premie za sprzedaż w modelu usługowym HPE GreenLake, które mogą sięgnąć poziomu 17 proc. kwoty sprzedaży. Żeby jednak bonusy finansowe mogły się sprawdzić, integratorzy powinni wiedzieć, jak i komu oferować usługi.

– Dlatego oferujemy warsztaty, podczas których partner ma okazję pozyskać niezbędną wiedzę o tym, jak powinien przystosować swoje mechanizmy finansowe do modelu usługowego – mówi Marek Hojda, Indirect Sales Manager w HPE.

Swoją strategię w zakresie sprzedaży usług ma także Cisco. Firma z San Jose wymaga od partnerów, zwłaszcza tych z najwyższymi certyfikatami, aby oferowali klientom ściśle określone usługi. Mogą je wybrać spośród kilku zaproponowanych wersji, ale powinny obejmować wskazane kategorie. W ten sposób przynajmniej jedna z usług zawsze będzie należeć do grupy tych chmurowych. Wprawdzie niektóre elementy programu partnerskiego Cisco są nieobligatoryjne, w tym Cloud and Managed Services Program, ale korzystanie z nich pozwala na uzyskanie zniżek bądź dodatkowego budżetu marketingowego.

Przedstawiciele polskiego oddziału Lenovo zwracają uwagę na dość istotną kwestię, jaką jest wąska grupa potencjalnych odbiorców usługi Desktop as a Service. Oficjalna oferta Lenovo w jej zakresie zaczyna się od kilku tysięcy komputerów. Dlatego też firma poszukuje w Polsce pośrednich rozwiązań.

– Od pewnego czasu wdrażamy na rynku MŚP coś, co można traktować jako wstęp do DaaS, czyli leasing oferowany przez Lenovo Finacial Services powiązany z dodatkowymi usługami. Ostatnie lata przyniosły wyraźny wzrost zainteresowania usługami wsparcia technicznego. W badaniu przeprowadzonym przez Forrester Consulting aż 62 proc. respondentów deklaruje, że już korzysta z tego typu usług lub planuje je wykupić w ciągu najbliższego roku. Duża popularność usług wsparcia wynika z kilku przyczyn: pogłębiającego się deficytu pracowników IT, wysokich kosztów nieplanowanych przestojów i awarii systemów IT oraz rosnącej liczby pracowników zdalnych.

– Sprzedaż usług dodatkowych dla komputerów Lenovo zwiększa się co roku kilkakrotnie. Szczególnie widać to na przykładzie usług posprzedażnych. Staramy się przekonać klientów, że warto wydać więcej pieniędzy, aby uzyskać obsługę serwisową na wyższym poziomie niż zapewnia normalna gwarancja –- mówi Juliusz Niemotko.

– Poziom dyskusji z partnerami na temat usług posprzedażnych jeszcze 2–3 lata temu był inny niż obecnie. W ostatnim czasie wzrosła świadomość dotycząca korzystania z tych usług, zarówno wśród partnerów handlowych, jak i klientów. Co nie zmienia faktu, że omówienie zalet wsparcia technicznego wymaga więcej czasu niż wyjaśnienie prostych zależności pomiędzy serwisem on-site i carry-in – podkreśla Juliusz Niemotko.

Rozmowy na temat usług dodatkowych przynoszą efekty, ale partnerzy i w tym przypadku liczą na bonusy. Dell Technologies z jednej strony proponuje firmom partnerskim programy sprzedażowe, z drugiej zaś możliwość włączenia swoich specjalistów w realizację konkretnych zadań, w tym świadczenie pierwszej linii wsparcia serwisowego dla klientów. Niezaprzeczalną zaletą usług wsparcia jest to, że stanowią uzupełnienie dla sprzętu, a nie alternatywę, co ma miejsce w przypadku usług chmurowych.
