Użytkownicy mają zagwarantowaną wymianę zużytej baterii, a także możliwość zachowania uszkodzonego twardego dysku w przypadku jego awarii. Ponadto klient może liczyć na aktualizację systemu operacyjnego oraz oprogramowania antywirusowego, które oferowane jest w standardzie. Z kolei nowy pakiet usług Helpdesk IT polega na zapewnieniu kompleksowego wsparcia dla markowych komputerów PC oraz oprogramowania przez jeden punkt kontaktowy, czyli dział wsparcia technicznego firmy Sharp. Każdy, nawet najmniejszy klient, otrzymuje wsparcie techniczne na najwyższym profesjonalnym poziomie. Dział ten wspiera przedsiębiorstwa w wielu krajach na Starym Kontynencie, świadcząc wsparcie techniczne w językach lokalnych. 

W ramach Helpdesk IT zapewniana jest pomoc techniczna nie tylko dla komputerów PC, ale także dla systemu Windows, pakietów biurowych (w tym Microsoft 365), poczty elektronicznej, przeglądarek internetowych oraz innych popularnych aplikacji wykorzystywanych w biurze. Zgodnie z posiadanymi kompetencjami, Sharp może świadczyć dodatkowe usługi wsparcia technicznego, na przykład dla określonego oprogramowania CRM/ERP wykorzystywanego przez klienta w firmie czy też starszego oprogramowania systemowego. Liczba zgłoszeń serwisowych dla sprzętu i oprogramowania jest nielimitowana. Usługa świadczona jest w dni robocze w godzinach pracy (tryb 8/5), a także opcjonalnie w trybie całodobowym.

Natomiast pakiet usług IT Complete PC Support (CPCS), czyli kompleksowe wsparcie dla komputerów PC, to rozszerzenie oferty Helpdesk IT o proaktywną ochronę przed cyberatakami i ich skutkami oraz tworzenie w chmurze zapasowej kopii danych wraz z usługą ich odzyskania w przypadku zablokowania czy usunięcia danych. Odpowiedzialni za wparcie inżynierowie Sharp dbają o instalację aktualizacji bezpieczeństwa systemu Windows oraz oprogramowania antywirusowego i narzędziowego (wszystkie łaty są wcześniej testowane, a ich instalacja odbywa się za zgodą użytkownika, w dogodnym dla niego czasie).

Nowe usługi sprzedawane są w formie miesięcznego abonamentu i obejmują pełne wsparcie techniczne, ochronę przed cyberatakami, backup oraz migrację danych dla Microsoft 365. Dodatkowo, w celu ochrony (chociażby przed skutkami ataków typu ransomware lub przypadkowym wykasowaniem cennych danych) Sharp zapewnia klientom korzystającym z Microsoft 365 ochronę poprzez wykonywanie kopii zapasowej danych w chmurze i ich odtworzenia w przypadku utraty. Koszt tej usługi jest uzależniony jedynie od liczby komputerów przypisanych do usługi i ograniczony terminem ważności podpisanej umowy. W ramach CPCS opcjonalnie oferowana jest usługa migracji dla Microsoft 365. W standardzie zapewniono dostęp do usług zapewniających bezpieczeństwo na najwyższym poziomie – EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response), czyli ochrona urządzeń końcowych przed zagrożeniami Zero-Day oraz monitoring 24/7.
