Ta częsta komunikacja jest też jednak zagrożeniem dla marki. Spędzając w sieci podczas każdej sesji tylko kilka minut człowiek ma bardzo rozproszoną uwagę i pomija olbrzymie ilości treści reklamowych i sprzedażowych, które nie przyciągną jego uwagi. Skoro, jak stoi wyżej, poświęca 20 sekund na aplikację, to przekaz marki musi trafić do niego od razu.

Co to oznacza dla marketingu i czy Twoja marka jest na to gotowa? Czy plan komunikacji Twojego produktu to uwzględnia? Teraz małe ćwiczenie – wejdź na Facebooka lub LinkedIn, przewiń nowości i zatrzymaj się na tym, co Cię zainteresowało – czyli zrób to, co zapewne robisz kilka – kilkadziesiąt razy dziennie. Czy zastanowiłeś się, jaką treść przeczytałeś i dlaczego zwróciłeś na nią uwagę? To ostatnie pytanie może wydawać się dziwne, tymczasem powinieneś je sobie zadawać za każdym razem, gdy jakiś materiał zwrócił Twoją uwagę. Dlaczego właśnie kliknąłeś w ten materiał? Przecież przewijasz pasek na Linkedinie od dobrej minuty i widziałeś już dziesiątki postów.

Zapewne spowodowały to niecodzienny obraz, pierwsze trzy słowa postu oraz tematyka, dopasowana do Twoich zainteresowań. Kolejne małe ćwiczenie – wejdź na tym samym portalu na profil swojej marki. Czy te posty wywołałyby taką samą Twoją reakcję, jak post, który przed chwilą czytałeś? Jeżeli tak – to świetnie. Robicie to dobrze. Jeżeli nie – trzeba to zmienić. Twój przekaz ma tylko sekundę, by wywołać zainteresowanie. Nie ma więc miejsca na długie wstępy, na skomplikowane infografiki, które mają chwycić potencjalnego klienta za oko i przyciągnąć na dłużej do treści. Jeżeli uda się go przyciągnąć jeszcze 2 – 3 razy, to przesunie się w dół lejka sprzedażowego i może stać się stałym odbiorcą naszych treści, a potem – klientem. Musi jednakże zadziać się kilka rzeczy, żeby tak się stało, a pierwszą z nich jest właśnie przyciągnięcie uwagi w straszliwym natłoku komunikatów.
