Pandemia nie wpłynęła zasadniczo na zmianę trendów na krajowym rynku materiałów eksploatacyjnych Sprzedaż powoli idzie w dół, przy czym szybsze tempo spadku dotyczy produktów alternatywnych. Z danych IDC wynika, że nadal rośnie w siłę segment OEM. W II poł. 2020 r. dostawy tuszów i tonerów sięgnęły blisko 6 mln sztuk, o 1,1 proc. mniej niż przed rokiem. Wartość polskiego rynku w ciągu półrocza utrzymała się na poziomie zbliżonym do tego przed pandemią, a więc na poziomie około 200 mln dol. (760 mln zł) – tylko 0,8 proc. mniej niż przed rokiem. Z danych wynika więc, że polski rynek materiałów eksploatacyjnych jest warty rocznie około 1,5 mld zł.

Część resellerów potwierdza, że w czasie pandemii sprzedaż zmniejszyła się, co dotknęło zwłaszcza sprzedawców nastawionych na segment biznesowy.

– Naszymi klientami są głównie przedsiębiorcy. W czasie pandemii sprzedaż spadła. Niewielkie odbicie było widać dopiero w tym roku po zakończeniu lockdownów – mówi Dariusz Szuciło, właściciel Dalkomu.

Warto natomiast zwrócić uwagę, że o ile cały rynek nieco się skurczył, to – jak wynika z danych IDC – wzrosła konsumpcja oryginalnych wkładów (ilościowo o 5,9 proc., a wartościowo o 3,8 proc.). Tymczasem sprzedaż alternatywnych produktów stopniała o ponad 10 proc., a wartościowo niemal o 16 proc. Z takim trendem mamy do czynienia od dłuższego czasu. Warto też zauważyć, że udział OEM zwiększył się mimo problemów z dostępnością wkładów niektórych producentów, co przełożyło się na spore podwyżki cen.

O ile dane IDC wskazują, że materiały OEM coraz bardziej dominują na rynku i osiągnęły już 60 proc. ilościowego udziału w sprzedaży (4 lata temu odsetek ten wynosił 51 proc.) to resellerzy, z którymi rozmawialiśmy, zgodnie twierdzą, że większym popytem cieszą się zamienniki. W niektórych sklepach ich udział w sprzedaży jest większy niż przed pandemią i sięga ok. 80 proc.

Resellerzy spodziewają się, że rynek materiałów eksploatacyjnych do druku w dłuższej perspektywie będzie się kurczył – coraz więcej firm i urzędów będzie polegać na rozwiązaniach paperless. W związku z pracą zdalną transformacja w tym kierunku przyspieszyła także w mniejszych firmach.

Sprzedaż w porównaniu z czasem sprzed pandemii wzrosła o jakieś 20–30 proc. Ostatnio, wraz z rozluźnieniem lockdownu, zakupy są jednak nieco mniejsze. Popularnością cieszą się przede wszystkim tusze, ponieważ w domach ludzie mają zwykle atramentowe urządzenia, niemniej wzrosła również sprzedaż tonerów. Przy czym góruje popyt na materiały alternatywne, których udział w sprzedaży jest nawet większy niż przed pandemią. Wydaje mi się, że to kwestia zarówno ceny produktu, jak i pojemności – zwykle zamienniki mają większą pojemność niż produkty OEM. Oryginalne materiały kupują zwykle urzędy oraz większe przedsiębiorstwa. Co do materiałów ponownie napełnianych, to obecnie zainteresowanie nimi jest niewielkie. Tym niemniej nadal są klienci, którzy decydują się na taką opcję, gdy koszt wynosi około 30 proc. ceny oryginalnego produktu.

W ciągu ostatniego roku sprzedaż spadła o jakieś 20 proc. Naszymi klientami są głównie przedsiębiorstwa i urzędy, bo sporo firm zamknięto w czasie lockdownów. Wprawdzie materiały do druku były kupowane dla osób pracujących w domach, jednak nie zrekompensowało to spadku zamówień do biur. Od dawna obserwujemy zresztą spadek sprzedaży i wydaje się, że będzie on kontynuowany, ponieważ firmy przechodzą w coraz większym stopniu na obieg paperless. To samo zresztą dotyczy także urzędów. Popytem cieszą się głównie materiały alternatywne, zaś te oryginalne kupują bogate spółki skarbu państwa, a także sektor publiczny, jak na przykład służba zdrowia. Jednakże tutaj również widać szybkie przechodzenie na systemy cyfrowej dokumentacji.

Jeśli uda nam się je pozyskać, to notujemy większą sprzedaż, a jak ceny są mniej atrakcyjne, to klienci prawdopodobnie kupują gdzie indziej. W sprzedaży online, na którą przeszliśmy jakieś dwa lata temu, jest duża konkurencja. Wyraźny wzrost sprzedaży w czasie pandemii notowaliśmy jedynie na jej początku, gdy zamknięto stacjonarne sklepy.
