  1. Do jakich partnerów skierowane są usługi myHEZO? Obecnie współpracujemy w tym obszarze z około 200 partnerami. Zajmują się oni głównie sprzedażą i doradztwem dla swoich klientów. Większość naszych usług jest oferowanych poprzez partnerów, którzy nie posiadają dużych zasobów technicznych. Mają od jednego do trzech inżynierów, których zakres obowiązków jest znacznie szerszy niż świadczenie wsparcia. Drugi typ to partnerzy relacyjni, którzy zajmują się głównie sprzedażą, a nie serwisem. Nasza usługa jest uzupełnieniem ich działań i oferty. Mamy wielu małych i średnich partnerów, którzy z naszego wsparcia są bardzo zadowoleni, właśnie dlatego, że nie widzą w nas konkurentów, tylko swoje zaplecze techniczne. Naszym głównym celem jest wspieranie ich biznesu i jego rozwoju. Natomiast takie działania, które są powtarzalne, związane ze wsparciem technicznym klientów końcowych, może on spokojnie oprzeć na nas.
  2. Kto najczęściej korzysta z myHEZO? Nasza usługa jest przede wszystkim uzupełnieniem dla tych użytkowników, którzy nie posiadają wiedzy ani dużego doświadczenia w zakresie cyberbezpieczeństwa. Przykładowo, nie znają na tyle dobrze technicznego angielskiego, aby kontaktować się z producentem, ale mają świadomość, że takie wsparcie jest im potrzebne. Uzupełnia ich wiedzę i pozwala na to, że spokojnie, a jednocześnie sprawnie, w języku polskim, te problemy są rozwiązywane.
  3. Podkreśla Pan, że „bezpieczeństwo to proces, a nie produkt”. Czy polscy użytkownicy i partnerzy mają już tego świadomość? Rzeczywiście, kluczowa jest zmiana mentalności partnerów i klientów, a jest to proces. W tym kierunku idzie świat. U nas wciąż pokutuje model, zwłaszcza w części samorządowej, że bezpieczeństwo to coś, co kupuje się jako produkt na pięć lat i gotowe. A tak naprawdę trzeba o nie ciągle dbać. W minionych dwóch latach nastąpiły zmiany w świadomości użytkowników, ale cały czas funkcjonuje przekonanie, że ochronę cyfrową się kupuje. Przy czym nadal wielu partnerów nie patrzy na współpracę ze swoim klientem długofalowo, działając od sprzedaży do sprzedaży. My staramy się to zmienić i uświadamiać, że bezpieczeństwo to proces, a klient końcowy też powinien to wiedzieć. Wielu mniejszych partnerów nie do końca zdaje sobie sprawę z tego, że mogliby oferować swoim klientom szerszy wachlarz usług i dzięki temu o wiele więcej zarabiać, a ich klienci byliby bardziej zadowoleni z tego, co posiadają.
  4. Czy nie dochodzi do konfliktów czy dublowania działań pomiędzy waszym wsparciem a wsparciem producenta?  Dla naszego docelowego klienta zwrócenie się o support do anglojęzycznego producenta jest traktowane jako ostatnia deska ratunku. Robi to zwykle wtedy, gdy wyczerpie już wszystkie inne możliwości, jak telefon do kolegi czy partnera, gdy już nie wie, jak sobie poradzić. My zaś ze swoją usługą chcemy zastąpić tego kolegę czy partnera. Wszystko po to, aby użytkownik miał możliwość bezproblemowego kontaktu z kimś, kto mówi po polsku, rozumie jego problemy, kto jest w stanie pomóc mu od ręki. Jednocześnie partner, który sprzedał mu tę usługę, będzie o tym wiedział, a w konsekwencji zareaguje i zaproponuje inne rozwiązania.
  5. Zatem biorąc pod uwagę trendy na rynku i lukę kompetencyjną, zapotrzebowanie na tę usługę powinno być coraz większe?  Dokładnie tak. Wielokrotnie w grupach na Facebooku czy w innych miejscach spotykam się z pytaniami administratorów, gdzie jeden człowiek pyta o informacje dotyczące baz danych, firewalli, switchingu czy serwerów, co oznacza, że ta jedna osoba jest od wszystkiego. Tymczasem nie można być omnibusem w każdej dziedzinie.
  6. Jakie są plany związane z usługą myHEZO?  Naszym marzeniem jest, aby myHEZO rozbudować o usługi proaktywnego monitorowania. SoC i NoC to wspaniałe rozwiązania, ale są one dedykowane dla dużych klientów, ponieważ dla tych mniejszych mogą stanowić zbyt wysoki koszt. Chcielibyśmy wprowadzić usługi, które będą pełnić dla nich rolę SoC – monitorować, alarmować i pozwolą na szybsze reagowanie na problemy u klientów. To my będziemy dzwonić do nich i mówić: ”Szanowny kliencie, rozwiązaliśmy Twój problem, choć nawet o nim jeszcze nie wiedziałeś.”
