Firma Avaya stworzyła globalną platformę Avaya Experience Builders, której zadaniem jest połączyć ze sobą różnego typu usługi, a także ofertę partnerów i deweloperów producenta w jeden ekosystem. Jej celem jest ułatwienie przedsiębiorstwom budowania oferty, która sprawi, że klienci doświadczą wyższego poziomu komfortu podczas korzystania z usług – niezależnie od tego, gdzie, kiedy i w jaki sposób komunikacja między klientami i usługodawcami będzie miała miejsce. Z rozwiązania tego będą mogli skorzystać także pracownicy firm, coraz częściej wykonujący swoje służbowe zadania w trybie zdalnym.

Powstanie tego typu platformy jest szczególnie ważne w kontekście faktu, że obecnie warstwa emocjonalna podczas interakcji z firmami często jest ważniejsza niż same produkty i usługi, które klienci kupują. Jedno z przeprowadzonych ostatnio przez Avaya badań wykazało, że 20 proc. klientów zrezygnuje z usług, jeśli będzie miało z nimi tylko jedno niedobre doświadczenie. Natomiast aż 60 proc. klientów podejmie taką decyzję, jeśli negatywna sytuacja będzie się powtarzać. Utrata klienta to jednak tylko część problemu – większość z tych osób podzieli się swoją opinią w mediach społecznościowych oraz będzie osobiście przestrzegać przed ofertą danej firmy rodzinę i znajomych.

Dlatego powstała platforma Experience Builders, w ramach której dostarczane są angażujące rozwiązania, dopasowane do specyficznych potrzeb klientów. Taki nowy model współpracy i komunikacji ułatwi usługodawcom tworzenie znacznie głębszych relacji z klientami oraz pozyskiwanie nowych źródeł przychodów.

Platforma Experience Builders powstała na bazie chmurowego rozwiązania Avaya OneCloud, wykorzystującego sztuczną inteligencję do zapewniania jak najwyższej jakości współpracy korzystających z niego użytkowników. Świetnie sprawdza się ono w placówkach edukacyjnych, ochrony zdrowia, finansowych, sportowych oraz wszystkich podmiotach świadczących profesjonalne usługi, w których potrzebna jest efektywna komunikacja. Rozwiązanie Avaya OneCloud dostępne jest w trzech modelach – UCaaS (Unified Communications as a Service), CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) oraz CPaaS (Communications Platform as a Service).

Do stworzenia platformy Experience Builders wykorzystywane są także inne zaawansowane narzędzia, w tym Avaya Hybrid Cloud Services, Omnichannel Services oraz AI Services, zapewniające wiele rodzajów szablonów i konektorów ułatwiających wdrożenie w różnorakich środowiskach. Do dyspozycji użytkowników dostarczają one ponad 40 interfejsów API (liczba ta stale rośnie) do łączenia istniejących systemów Avaya z nowymi aplikacjami w chmurze.
