ZUS: przetarg na 10 tys. monitorów. Jeden wygrany
ZUS przeznaczył ponad 10 mln zł na zakup 10 tys. monitorów. Zapłaci jednak prawie połowę mniej.
Wykonawca ma 90 dni na dostarczenie sprzętu.
Zakład Ubezpieczeń Społecznych rozstrzygnął przetarg na zakup 10 tys. monitorów. Postępowanie ogłoszono w kwietniu br. Zostało podzielone na dwie części po 5 tys. monitorów. W każdej z nich państwowa ubezpieczalnia przeznaczyła na zakupy po ok. 5,35 mln zł (więc w sumie ok. 10,7 mln zł).
Oferty złożyły cztery firmy
Wybranym wykonawcą zarówno w cz. 1 jak cz. 2 został MBA System, który zgarnął pełną pulę 100 pkt. Jedyne kryterium wyboru stanowiła cena.
Tym samym ZUS wyda na nowe monitory niemal o połowę mniej, niż zamierzał (łączna wartość ofert MBA System to ok. 5,7 mln zł).
ZUS potrzebuje monitorów o przekątnej 23 – 24 cali Full HD z matową matrycą o jasności 250 cd/mkw, czasie reakcji do 8 ms GtG, złączami DisplayPort i HDMI wraz z kablami, oraz z 5-letnią gwarancją. Wymaga dostarczenia wszystkich urządzeń w ciągu 90 dni od podpisania umowy. Sprzęt trafi do centrali ZUS i 143 oddziałów na koszt wykonawcy.
ZUS wiosną br. przyjął nową strategię rozwoju IT. W tym roku na przetargi IT zamierza przeznaczyć ok. 820 mln zł, w tym ok. 60 mln zł na sprzęt.
