ZUS może pożegnać się z IBM
ZUS nie wyklucza rezygnacji z komputerów IBM Mainframe, które są podstawą architektury IT zakładu - informuje "Puls Biznesu".
Plany są związane z budową nowego Kompleksowego Systemu Informatycznego (KSI 2.0). ZUS chce wymienić sprzęt. Możliwe, że wymiana obejmie także szkielet systemu IT ZUS.
Według "PB" ZUS ogłosi dwuetapowy konkurs (nie przetarg) związany z budową KSI 2.0 (jeden etap w br., a drugi – na początku przyszłego roku).
W 2016 r. ZUS unieważnił wygrany przez IBM przetarg na modernizację platformy Mainframe. Koncern złożył najtańszą ofertę, o wartości 155,5 mln zł brutto. ZUS uzasadniał swoją decyzję audytem przeprowadzonym według niego przez zewnętrznych ekspertów. Stwierdzili oni brak konkurencyjności w postępowaniu. W efekcie kwoty zaproponowane w przetargu znacznie przewyższały standardy rynkowe – uzasadniał w ub.r. rzecznik ZUS.
W poprzednich latach ZUS podpisywał duże kontrakty z IBM. Od stycznia 2015 r. obowiązuje 3-letnia umowa warta 230 mln zł. Obejmuje udzielenie licencji oraz wsparcia oprogramowania IBM, a także szereg usług (m.in. dostęp do danych Mainframe). Zamówienia udzielono z wolnej ręki. Od 2012 r. IBM za 200 mln zł modernizował zespół komputera centralnego ZUS.
