Zoom za 14,7 mld dol. zamierza przejąć amerykańską firmę Five9. Jest to dostawca chmurowego oprogramowania call center do komunikacji z klientami (Contact Center as a Service – CCaaS).
Nowe rozwiązania mają poszerzyć możliwości Zoom Phone. Celem jest budowa wiodącej platformy zaangażowania klientów. Ma ona, jak przekonuje CEO Zooma Eric Yuan, zmienić sposób, w jaki firmy komunikują się ze swoimi klientami.
Five9 ma ponad 2 tys. klientów. Dostarczane przez nią CCaaS wyposażono w narzędzia analityczne, AI, automatyzację przepływu pracy.
Dzięki przejęciu Zoom wejdzie na warty ok. 24 mld dol. światowy rynek contact center.
CEO Five9 Rowan Trollope zapewnia, że to perspektywniczny biznes.
