Zmiany w JPK
Trzeba zadbać o aktualizacje.
Zmienił się certyfikat klucza publicznego do środowiska produkcyjnego JPK. Obowiązuje od 23 sierpnia br. Aby wysłać JPK, należy użyć nowego certyfikatu klucza publicznego, który służy do szyfrowania klucza szyfrującego w środowisku produkcyjnym usługi. Jest on dostępny w zakładce pliki do pobrania na portalu podatkowym MF w pliku e_dokumenty.mf.gov.pl.zip, pod nazwą Certyfikat klucza publicznego (certyfikat produkcyjny).
Ministerstwo zaleca, by zaktualizować certyfikat klucza publicznego w aplikacjach wykorzystywanych do wysyłki JPK.
E-mikrofirma – aplikacja udostępniona przez ministerstwo – zaktualizuje certyfikat automatycznie. W aplikacji Klient JPK 2.0 trzeba załadować certyfikat do aplikacji, zgodnie z podręcznikiem użytkownika.
Nowa struktura
Ministerstwo Finansów opublikowało także nową strukturę logiczną postaci elektronicznej ksiąg podatkowych oraz dowodów księgowych dotyczących JPK dla faktur VAT RR.
Będzie ona obowiązywać od 1 września 2019 r.
Zmiana jest związana z nowelizacją ustawy o VAT.
Nowa struktura i jej dokumentacja zostały opublikowane na stronie Biuletynu Informacji Publicznej MF.

Zmiany zaczną obowiązywać od 1 stycznia 2022 r. Ministerstwo udostępniło roboczą wersję nowej struktury.
