Zarząd Komputronika na nową kadencję
Rada nadzorcza zdecydowała, że Wojciech Buczkowski pozostanie szefem grupy.
Zgodnie z uchwałą rady nadzorczej z 13 września zarząd Komputronika nie zmieni się. Powołania na następną kadencję otrzymali Wojciech Buczkowski (prezes) oraz Krzysztof Nowak (członek zarządu).
Wojciech Buczkowski jest prezesem Komputronika od stycznia 2007 r. Był jednym z założycieli firmy w 1996 r. Jest absolwentem Wyższej Szkoły Zarządzania i Bankowości w Poznaniu, ze specjalnością informatyka w zarządzaniu.
Krzysztof Nowak rozpoczął pracę w Komputroniku w 2006 r. na stanowisku dyrektora finansowego, a w 2011 r. wszedł do zarządu. Wcześniej był związany z bankami: BGŻ, Gospodarczym Bankiem Wielkopolski i Invest-Bankiem. Specjalizuje się w rozliczeniach, operacjach walutowych i analizach ekonomicznych. Ukończył Wyższą Szkołę Bankową i Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Poznaniu, na kierunku bankowość i finanse.

Komputronik nagradza swoich partnerów
W zakończonym roku finansowym Grupa Komputronik osiągnęła niemal 30 mln zł zysku operacyjnego i 14,9 mln zł zysku netto. Przy tej okazji firma postanowiła też nagrodzić swoich partnerów biznesowych, którzy przyczynili się do tak dobrych wyników.
